Windows Server 2003 - a developers perspective
 
The latest release of the Windows operating system has hit the shelves, and boasts many new features and enhancements that will make the cost and effort of an upgrade well worth the expense. While much of Microsoft’s marketing material focuses on the benefits that Windows Server 2003 offers network administrations, developers have not been forgotten, and a number of new developer-centric features are included. In addition to the new features, the entire code base has been reviewed for security and stability problems, and many existing operating system elements have been rewritten.
